Sweeping Changes to Mortgage Closings

The HUD & Good Faith Estimate are out and the Loan Estimate & Closing Disclosure are in as of 3 Oct. With the new forms, it is easier for the borrower to compare loans, clients will have 100% visibility of all their costs, and the new forms will prevent any surprises at the closing table.
